Why?

Cyanotypes is a community of people from across the cultural and creative sector. We share an interest in where we will go together – across this sector and beyond.

Our main focus is on providing you with support for addressing the wide array of changes that affect how we live and how we learn in different cultural and creative ecosystems, sectors, businesses and learning organisations. We want to support your strategies and plans for your skilling ambitions and to provide paths for up and reskilling that match the context in which you operate.

What?

Our main audience are those who will eventually explore and locally pilot our framework – whether you are an individual learner, an organisational or business leader, a provider of education and training, a sectoral leader, or a policymaker.

When we look beyond the boundaries of whatever context we find ourselves in, learning already begins. The term we use to describe the set of learning sites around us is competence ecosystem. This ecosystem may already exist – the network of partners your organisation already works with, for example – and it offers multiple sites of learning.

We have developed a competence framework that aims to provide you with the necessary materials and support to provide opportunities for addressing future skills needs in your particular context. Whether you are upgrading existing training approaches or establishing new skills ecosystems, we hope you can use this framework to create flexible, adaptive and relevant paths to growth.
